ESG Journey
ESG Journey playbook forms the foundation for managing sustainability data and ensuring regulatory readiness across an organization. It enables the systematic collection of ESG data from suppliers through portals, forms, APIs, or manual inputs, supporting formats such as PDFs and Excel. This playbook guide organizations in assessing their readiness for CSRD compliance by mapping current data coverage against requirements and identifying gaps at the level of entities, suppliers, and data categories. Double materiality assessments are supported by coordinating stakeholder inputs, aggregating scores, and maintaining a full audit trail for transparency and accountability.
